"Fit was pretty much right"
I got a hoodie from navygear.com and the fit was about what I hoped for. I usually wear a large, so I ordered a large, even though sometimes hoodies act like they’re a totally different size for no reason. This one wasn’t too tight or super baggy, just kind of normal in a good way. The sleeves hit right too, which I feel like means the whole sizing is probably accurate. I’m happy with it and I’d just order my regular size again.
"Arrived Sooner Than I Expected!"
I was surprised by how quickly it showed up. It arrived way earlier than I thought it would, which was such a nice bonus!

"Surprisingly solid, because apparently that still happens"
I ordered a hoodie and a cap from Navy Gear, both turned out way better than I was bracing for. The hoodie is actually thick, the stitching is clean, and the print doesn’t have that “will disappear after one wash” energy, which was a nice little plot twist.
I’ve washed the hoodie a few times now and, shockingly, it still fits the same and hasn’t faded into some sad mystery color. So yeah, no complaints here. Happy with the quality and I’d definitely buy again.

"Customer service came through"
I had a question about my order and Navy Gear got back to me quickly. At first I thought the reply was a little too short, and I was kind of annoyed, well, not annoyed exactly, just unsure if it would help. But they followed up after that and got everything sorted out. The shipping update made sense once they explained it. So overall, good customer service, just not totally perfect.

"Decent price, but the service felt really generic"
It’s not bad for the money, but I wouldn’t say I was blown away either. The price is okay, though I do think it could be a little better for what you get. Also, when I had a small issue, the response felt like one of those canned apologies companies send to everyone, which was kind of annoying. A real answer would’ve gone a lot further
